The joint security operations room in Misurata announced, Monday, the start of its expanded security campaign, which will extend in its first phase for 15 days; to deal with all violators of the decisions and recommendations issued by the Presidency Council and the municipal authorities.
The Chamber, in a statement , demanded that the city’s residents adhere to the immediate prohibition of complete and general lockdown, adding that it would deal firmly with all violators without exceptions, and implement the maximum deterrent penalties against them.
The Chamber appealed to citizens inside the municipality to cooperate with it in implementing its security plan; For the sake of their safety, and to prevent the spread of the virus more broadly.
It is worth noting that the National Center for Disease Control announced the infection of 302 Corona virus in the municipality of Misurata alone in the last four days.
