Al-Shuwaihdi: Countries supporting Haftar should stop sending mercenaries to Libya before talking about dialogue.

The second deputy Speaker of the House of Deputies, Jalal Al-Shuwaidi, said on Thursday that the countries supporting the coup should stop sending mercenaries to Libya or stop them passing through their land, and this is a very simple solution that does not need the Arab League meeting or resolutions.

Al-Shuwaihdi added, in a statement to Arraed, that the GNA had reservations about the Arab League session from the beginning because it came at the request of Egypt in particular, and because there was a request from Libya to hold a session since the beginning of the aggression against Tripoli, but the countries supporting Haftar and controlling the League refused to hold the session at that time .

And Al-Shuwaihdi indicated that there is an attempt to pass what certain countries want, such as the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan, and that their participation in Haftar’s coup is clear and obvious.

Al-Shuwaihdi explained that the last session of the Arab League came after hostile statements from the head of power in Egypt through threats to arm tribal militias, and direct Egyptian military intervention in the country, noting that the mercenaries present in Libya passed through Egypt, as the planes that carried Wagner’s mercenaries passed from above. , And the UAE paid to The Janjaweed forces to fight with Haftar and the Chadian and Sudanese opposition forces.

It is worth noting that the GNA and its Ministry of Foreign Affairs refused, last Monday, to attend the meeting called by the League of Arab States, explaining that by not following the rules in force for the meeting, to achieve its goal, and on top of these conditions is consulting with Libya as the country concerned, something that did not happen.
