US State Department spokeswoman Morgan Ortagos said on Wednesday that Russia is providing Haftar forces with advanced weapons and hiding their involvement in the Libyan conflict.
Ortagos added, in press statements, that Haftar’s attack on Tripoli exacerbates the humanitarian and political crisis, confirming her country’s continued efforts to achieve a lasting political settlement in Libya.
