Foreign Minister Mohamed Siala discussed with the Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavishoglu, the situation in the country after the liberation of Alwittia air base and the expulsion of Haftar militia from it.
Siala discussed with Oglu, according to the official page of the ministry, on Tuesday, the enhancement of bilateral relations between the two countries, the conditions of citizens stranded abroad, the steps taken to return them to the homeland, and cooperation in combating the Corona pandemic and medical supplies and tools provided by Turkey.
It is worth noting that the Libyan army forces announced, on Monday, their control of the Alwittia air base and the expulsion of the Haftar militia from it.
