Monitoring and response network: The infected person’s condition is stable, and we put his family members in quarantine.

Member of the WHO-affiliated Monitoring and Response Network Fatima Albakoush said on Wednesday that the person infected with the Corona epidemic is now in stable condition and in continuous recovery without the need for artificial respiration.

Albakoush stated, in a statement to Arraed, that the patient received health care from his family members in an isolated place and after his condition got worse he underwent an epidemiological analysis, and the result was negative and in the advanced age cases sometimes the results are not valid from the first time so he underwent the analysis again and the result was positive.

Albakoush added that the person was in Saudi Arabia and underwent a thermal examination, but during the examination he did not show symptoms, because he was in the incubation period from two to 14 days.

Albakoush affirmed that the family members of the person are now subject to quarantine, which is, medical follow-up during the incubation period, to see their health condition and their infection first , asking citizens to adhere to all the guidelines of the World Health Organization, the Ministry of Health and the National Center for Disease Control.

Albakoush indicated that the disease is now present in Libya, and the best treatment for it ,is prevention, staying at home, deep cleaning with chlorine and disinfection, and having a certain family member to provide daily household necessities.
