Turkish President Rejep Tayyip Erdogan said on Friday that Russian President Vladimir Putin will take positive steps regarding Russian “Wagner” mercenaries fighting with Hifter in Libya.
On his return from Moscow, Erdogan said he was waiting for matters to be resolved in Libya after reaching an understanding over several steps with Putin.
It is worth noting that the commander of the American forces in Europe, General “Todd Walters”, praised, on Wednesday, the role of Turkey in the Middle East, and described it as important in countering Russian influence in Libya.
