Britain demands the withdrawal of mercenaries from Libya.

France Presse Agency said today Saturday that Britain has submitted a revised draft resolution to the Security Council on Libya demanding the withdrawal of mercenaries, and stressing the council’s concern about the increasing involvement of mercenaries.

The agency added that the draft resolution comes after a violations of the international obligations that were pledged in Berlin on January 19, and it also affirms respect for the arms embargo imposed on Libya since 2011, including the cessation of all support provided to armed mercenaries and their withdrawal.

It is worth noting that the first version of the British draft resolution, which dates back to January 24, did not include any reference to foreign fighters.
