Gul: Turkish steps in Libya and the Eastern Mediterranean are compatible with the international law.

Turkish Minister of Justice Abdulhamid Gul said on Friday that all the steps taken by Turkey in Libya and the Eastern Mediterranean are in line with international law, pointing out that his country did not go to any geographical location around the world except for the purpose of achieving peace.

Gul stressed, according to the Anatolia Agency, that his country will continue, during the current year, the exercise of all its rights under international law in order to protect its interests.

It is worth noting that Turkish presidential spokesman Ibrahim Qalin said, on Tuesday, that his country’s objective in Libya is clear, which is a ceasefire, and to bring Hifter back to where he was last April.
