The agreement between Libya and Turkey is the focus of the talks between Sayla and the Ambassador of the European Union.

Foreign Minister Mohammed Sayyala briefed the European Union Ambassador to Libya, Alan Bogia, on the recent agreement between Libya and Turkey, assuring him that Libya is cooperating with all countries for the common interests as guaranteed by international law.

The two sides discussed during a telephone conversation on Saturday, ways to resolve the Libyan crisis and stop the aggression on the capital Tripoli, according to the official page of the Foreign Ministry.

It is worth noting that the President of the Presidential Council Fayez Al-Sarraj signed on Wednesday, two memorandums of understanding with Turkish President Rejep Erdogan; for security and maritime cooperation between the two countries.
