Mitiga International Airport, on Wednesday, announced the resumption of air traffic and the start of carriers to direct and receive passengers for scheduled flights.
The administration said that the first flight to the airport after the resumption of air traffic was coming from the Tunis International Carthage International Airport, and another plane of the Libyan Airlines will then arrive at the airport coming from Istanbul airport in its late flight from yesterday, Tuesday.
The Civil Aviation Authority suspended air traffic on Wednesday morning from the International Airport and for the second day in a row, because of the announcement of unmanned aerial reconnaissance aircraft to the atmosphere and close to the vicinity of the airport.
