Libyan Coast Guard Rescues 132 Illegal Immigrants North Of Al-Khums

A spokesman for the Libyan navy, Ayoub Qasim, on Wednesday, said that the Coast Guard rescued 132 illegal immigrants north of Al-Khums.

Qasim added that the migrants, who were rescued from African nationalities, including 100 men, 22 women and 10 children, were provided with medical care and were taken to the “illegal immigration control” in Al-Khums.

The Coast Guard announced the end of January that 332 illegal immigrants were rescued in various operations in two days time.
