Mohammed Al-Raid, a member of the House of Representatives (HOR), considered on Thursday the adoption of the economic reform program a step in the right direction and welcomed it.
Al-Raid stressed in a statement to ArraedLG the need for the Central Bank to abide by the implementation of these reforms after its adoption yesterday, pointing out that it needs some amendments, in his opinion.
The reform program was adopted Wednesday, following a meeting between the head of the Presidential Council, the governor of the Central bank of Libya Libya and the President of the High Council of State.
