The Awqaf Authority of the parallel government in Al-Bayda warned preachers and imams not to criticize the House of Representatives (HOR) and its affiliated government on social media.
In a statement, the Authority said that the heads of the Awqaf offices in the regions should take the necessary measures against the violators of this decision, threatening to dismiss those who cover up the violators.
The parallel government Awqaf and Higher Committee for Issuing Fatwas have been subjected to many criticisms on social media due to some of the fatwas and decisions issued by it.
