The Sirte Security and Protection Force announced on Monday, the recovery of an unidentified human remains, who was found handcuffed, near the city’s airport.
The Force’s spokesperson, Salem Al-Amil said the body was tortured by IS members, adding that the body was carried out in coordination with the Public Prosecution office, the Sirte Security Directorate, the Criminal Investigation office and the Red Crescent to forensic medicine.
Sirte security room received on Sunday, information from a citizen, who reported the presence of four decomposed bodies in his farm in Taweela area.
