The Government of National Accord (GNA), Foreign Minister, Mohamed Al-Sayala will participate in the special ministerial meeting on a memorandum draft to enhance security cooperation and border control between Libya, Chad, Sudan and Niger.
According to the Ministry’s media office, the meeting will be held in the Chadian capital N’Djamena, with the participation of the foreign ministers of Chad, Sudan, Niger and Libya.
Foreign Minister Mohamed Al-Sayala arrived in the capital N’Djamena on Thursday and was received by his Chadian counterpart Sharif Zain.
