The Council said in a statement obtained by ArraedLG that the city suffers from “difficult” living conditions of shortages of basic and medical materials, stressing that the people are living in a state of terror and panic, according to the statement.
The Council declared it was unable to provide any humanitarian assistance to the families and residents of the city, appealing to all local and international organizations to help stop the war being waged by Operation Dignity Forces on the city.
