The House of Representatives (HOR) spokesperson, Abdullah Bleheq said on Saturday, the deadline for holding presidential elections is September 2018, and coordination is currently under way to prepare the atmosphere and make the necessary arrangements.
Bleheq added to Russian news agency Sputnik, the Council was briefed on the proposed French initiative to resolve the Libyan crisis, saying he did not respond to the initiative because he believes that the solution must be national, pointing to the absence of any external initiatives.
The provisions of the French initiative emphasize the need for a political solution, and the commitment to build a sovereign civil state and a democracy that ensures the separation of powers.
