The Government of National Accord (GNA) Finance Ministry announced that procedures related to transfer, assignment and secondment to public bodies, would only take place according to vacant positions with approved staffing.
The ministry said in a statement on Thursday, among these public bodies, the Foreign Ministry, the Presidential Council (PC) and their affiliates.
The Ministry also reported that payments made by the Ministry of Labor for the settlement of duplication were included in the January and February salaries transferred to banks.
Other payments will be included in March salaries, the ministry said.
Most of the workers in the Libyan state have not received their salaries since December 2017.
