The municipal council of Misurata described on Thursday, the visit of a delegation from the city to Zintan as an important step towards stability and access to building the state of institutions and law.
In a statement, the council called on its “brothers” from Zintan to visit Misurata, appealing to all Libyans to take the country’s interest and adopt the language of reconciliation and tolerance.
A delegation from the city of Misurata visited on Wednesday Zintan in an attempt to achieve reconciliation and heal the rift between the two cities. They issued a statement stressing the civility of the state, rejecting coups and the need to push for comprehensive reconciliation.
