GNA interior minister discusses with Turkish ambassador lifting visa provisions

Commissioned Interior Minister, Abdulsalam Ashour discussed during a meeting in Tripoli with the Turkish ambassador to Libya, Ahmet Aydin Dogan the possibility of lifting the Turkish visa on Libyans.

According to the ministry’s media office, Ashour call on Sunday for the return of all Turkish companies and airlines to work within Libya.

The Turkish ambassador expressed the desire of his country to consolidate bilateral relations between the two countries, especially in security areas.

The Turkish embassy in Libya announced in April last year to start accepting applications for a Turkish visa from Tripoli.
