Operation Dignity commander, Khalifa Haftar described the supporters of Saif Al-Islam Al-Qadhafi as “naive” for believing he could be a solution in Libya.
In an interview with French magazine JeuneAfrique, Haftar said, Saif Al-Qadhafi is “now a prisoner,” but parties seeking to compromise him and use him for other purposes if released.
In a previous interview with the same magazine, Haftar described Saif Al-Islam as a “poor fellow”, which he later denied.
