Member of the Supreme Council of State Abdul Salam Al-Safrani: The Supreme Council of State and the House of Representatives nearing consensus as they agreed to reject tracks not sponsored by the United Nations, and agreed on the subject of negotiating the executive authority.
Near the point of reaching consensus between the two councils there was disruption by the opponents of the agreement who tried to push tracks including the Cairo initiative, the elections initiatives, and negotiation on Article 8.
