The head of the National Oil Corporation, Mustafa Sanalla, announced on Wednesday the opening of a procurement office in Houston, Texas to support the organization’s efforts to restore production capacity.
He added that the office will place the corporation at the heart of the oil industry in America. In turn, this would allow the corporation to keep pace with developments in the oil industry.
He explained that the Houston office will place US companies with world-class equipment, technology, and oilfield supplies at the center of their procurement strategy.
