The Minister of Education, Dr. Othman Abdul Jalil, discussed on thursday with the deputies of the South Region, how it would be possible to further support and provide the educational means and supplies necessary for the education sector in the southern region.
At the Ministry’s headquarters in #Tripoli, The Minister discussed with a number of members of #HoR the issues relating to the support of the educational sector in #Sabha, #Aubari and #Al-Jafra and the preparations of educational institutions in the Southern region that are to begin the new academic year.
The meeting reviewed the possibility of establishing a fund for the reconstruction of the education sector in the south, establishing a project for the maintenance of educational institutions, a number of schools and providing educational equipment and supplies, with the implementation concerns.
