On Friday, the Municipal Council of #Sabratha called on the people of the city to comply with the instructions of the Operations Unit for combating #ISIS and not return to their homes in order to remain safe and protect their property until they are authorized to do so.
The Council stressed the renunciation of violence and revenge; adding that personal issues should be resolved using legal means. They also stressed the need for the formation of follow-up committees and investigations.
