On Saturday, the UN support mission in Libya announced an agreement between the delegations of #Zintan and #Tripoli during a gathering in #Tunis under the UN’s supervision, on a set of recommendations for what it described as the safe return to the capital for displaced people from #Tripoli who were received by #Zintan.
The meeting discussed how to take concrete measures to ensure proper return and security arrangements. The meeting was conducted in the presence of the Mayors of #Tripoli and #Zintan municipalities, members of the #HOR and the Supreme Council, as well as representatives of the Ministries of Interior, and the Military Council of #Zintan- as reported in UNSMIL’s twitter account.
