In response to media reports regarding the closure of Sudan’s borders with countries including #Libya, the Sudanese Foreign Minister, Ibrahim Ghandour, stated that the Sudanese borders were not closed to neighbouring countries.
On Thursday, in a statement quoted by the Sudanese News Agency, Ghandour said that Sudanese authorities have been increasing border control around areas susceptible to weapon, drug, and human smuggling.
