Eric Goldstein, The Deputy Director of the Middle East and North Africa Division of Human Rights Watch, stated on Wednesday that video footage of the Operation Dignity indicates “serious war crimes” committed in #Benghazi.
Goldstein stated that the “ICC warrant for al-Werfalli is a wake-up call to other abusive commanders in Libya that one day their serious crimes could land them in a prison cell in The Hague.”
