The National Forces Alliance announced a need for intervention to ensure the flow of basic and medical supplies into the city of Derna.
The coalition expressed concern about the siege imposed on Derna, stressing the need to spare civilians the consequences of military battles, and maintain the social fabric in that region, according to a statement issued on Saturday.
