    Al-Huraish Hospital announced that the hospital stock is out of syringes that can be used to match blood units at birth. The hospital declared that syringe supply is limited nationally and that the medical supply system in the Libyan state is experiencing shortages.
    Derna hospitals are struggling due to shortages of basic materials and medicine as a result of the city entering the third week of the siege.
